Cleansing mask for oily and problem skin
Dissolve 30 grams yeast in hydrogen dioxide and apply the mixture to wet skin. The mask is good for lightening comedones. Regular use of the mask prevents their emergence.
Deoiling mask
Mix 30 grams yeast with sour-cream or milk until smooth, apply the mixture to wet face skin and decollate for 10 minutes.
Hair growth mask
Dissolve a half pack of yeast and two tablespoonfuls honey or sugar in little water. Mix and let the mixture wait in a warm place until it ferments. Apply to hair, wrap with plastic film and keep warm for 1 hour. Wash off with warm water. Use the mask once a week.
Hair thickening mask
Dissolve a half pack of yeast in warm milk (1/3 glass). As soon it ferments, add 2 tablespoonfuls any oil and 2 egg yolks. Apply the mixture to hair and keep warm for two hours. Wash off with cool water.
Strengthening mask
Add to a half pack of yeast (50 g) an egg yolk and 2 tablespoonfuls water. Put in a warm place. As soon as yeast rises, add 2 tablespoonfuls wheat germ oil or burr oil and 15 drops rosemary oil. Apply the warm mixture to hair, wrap with plastic film and keep warm for 1 hour.
Anticellulite cream
Take honey, two tablespoonfuls water, 1/2 teaspoonful dry ginger and cinnamon and yeast. Yeast shall be 2 times less than honey. If the honey is dense add two tablespoonfuls water, ginger and cinnamon and slightly warm. Then add yeast in the still warm honey and mix well.
