400 – 500 g flour, 1.5 glass milk, 30 – 35 g yeast, 3 tablespoonfuls bread crumbs, 1 egg, 1 kg apples, 200 g sugar, 1 teaspoonful cinnamon, ½ teaspoonful salt, 100 g milk butter or margarine
Spread the pie pre-dough evenly over the oiled baking tray, pour bread crumbs and cover densely with apple slices leaving 3 cm at each sheet edge free. Fold the edges over the apples, press with a fork and let rest for 15 – 20 min.
Pour sugar (100 g) mixed with cinnamon and put in the oven.
Bake at average temperature of 15 – 20 min.
