Honey: 1 kg;
Hop: 20 g (can be bought at the drugstore);
Pressed yeast: 25 g;
A pinch cinnamon.
Making:
1. Dissolve honey in boiled water, add hop and cinnamon. Boil on slow fire.
2. Cool the mixture and to add yeast dissolved in warm water.
3. Put in a warm place for fermentation for 8 – 10 hours.
4. Sift the beverage.
5. Keep for several hours in the fridge, now the beverage is ready for use.
